Taking the MBTI inventory is a self-affirming experience that helps individuals and couples gain a richer understanding of themselves, their partners, and others. The MBTI is a self-reporting questionnaire that will enable you to discover your unique personality type, identify your natural strengths, and potential growth areas. It helps enhance communication, decision making, change management, stress management, and conflict resolution.
The MBTI helps to identify which of the following references an individual prefers:
- Where you prefer to focus your attention (Introversion or Extroversion).
- How you prefer to take in information (Sensing or Intuition).
- How you prefer to make decisions (Thinking or Feeling).

Based on these preferences, the MBTI assessment provides a four letter code that makes up a persons personality type. For example: ESFJ. Reports are generated based on the personality type, and details the unique facets that make up an individuals personality. Reports also cover a wide range of areas including, communication, decision making, managing change, and managing conflict. Each report is tailored to specific areas to suit the desired goals.
